Anat provides healthcare strategy and deal-related services, both to companies and investors. Clients benefit from her unique mix of experience in healthcare: corporate strategy to both large pharma (including biotech), managing company spin outs, M&A and - the other side of the table - being a healthcare investment professional.
Throughout her career, Anat has worked in a large number of medical sub-sectors including: aesthetics, cardiovascular, oncology, orthopaedics, arthritis, diabetes, obesity, imaging and molecular diagnostics.
She can help companies raise funds, revise and implement their strategy or acquire/merge with other companies. Often, and "outside-in" due dilligence similar to what a potential investor would conduct can greatly improve a company's strategic focus.
She can help financial and strategic investors identify potential transactions, perform due dilligence, structure and negotiate terms and contribute to the company's growth.
