Axiom One has two partners, Anat Naschitz and Jan Schultink. Anat focuses on healthcare, Jan covers a number of other sectors including consumer goods, retail, technology and financial services.
Anat Naschitz
Anat has 13 years of healthcare experience. Before founding Axiom One, Anat was a Prinicpal with Apax Partners, the global private equity and venture capital firm where she worked on multiple deals across all stages of investment including deal generation, due dilligence, deal structure / negotiation and legal documentation, predominantly in medical devices
Previously, Anat spent 7 years with McKinsey & Company, the global strategy consulting firm. Her final position was Associate Partner. Based in the London office, Anat worked extensively in Europe and the U.S. Projects included spinouts (business plans, NewCo creation, interim management / support, ~$200m raised) and pharma/biotech M&A, R&D and Marketing & Sales. She served top tier pharmacos and biotechs. Secured and ran many projects in parallel.
Beforehand Anat was a lawyer and a member of Israel's army intelligence unit. She earned an MBA from INSEAD and an LLB from Tel Aviv University.
Jan Schultink
Jan has more than 9 years of strategic consulting experience with McKinsey & Company in Europe. He joined the Firm as a Research Analyst in Amsterdam after graduating from the University of Twente with a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science in 1992. McKinsey sponsored Jan's MBA degree at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
After INSEAD, Jan re-joined McKinsey's London office where he worked at several skill levels, from consultant (Associate), to project manager (Engagement Manager), to Associate Principal, a role that involves responsibility for multiple project teams, each typically consisting of 2-4 consultants. In 2003, Jan founded Axiom One and has been provding consulting services in his own firm.
Broad international experience and network
Anat and Jan have both served clients in a large number of different geographies in Europe, Israel and the U.S.
